March 7: University Libraries/LIS Spring 2013 Speaker Char Booth

charbooth_oceansmall On Thursday, March 7, the UNCG LIS/Libraries Lecture Series will host speaker Char Booth. Ms. Booth, Instruction Services Manager & E-Learning Librarian at the Claremont Colleges Library, will speak on the topic of “Quixotic Ferocity: Confronting the Library Crisis Narrative.” The talk will take place from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm in Room 120 of the School of Education building. Streaming will be provided for those who are unable to attend in person. More information can be found here. LIS students are invited to meet with Char Booth informally after her talk.
