LIS Department Fall 2007 Meet and Greets
UNCG's LIS Department will be holding Fall 2007 Meet and Greets at each our three campuses: Greensboro, Charlotte, and Asheville. These gatherings are for everyone in our LIS community including new students who would like a new student orientation, current students who just want to say hello and interact with the faculty, alumni, or even prospective students. Complimentary food and drinks will be provided.
Our FALL 2007 Meet and Greet schedule is:
1) GREENSBORO - August 15th from 6:00-8:00 p.m.: "Meet and Greet" session for new and returning students on Wednesday, August 15th from 6:00-8:00 pm in 304 Curry. New and returning students and new and returning faculty members will meet to find out who is who and what is what in the LIS program.
2) CHARLOTTE - August 18th from 1:00-3:00 p.m.: "Meet and Greet" session for new and returning students on Saturday August 18th from 1:00-3:00 pm in 126 Fretwell on the UNCC campus. New and returning students and new and returning faculty members will meet to find out who is who and what is what in the LIS program.
3) ASHEVILLE - TBD but most likely in September.
